Goetze OE piston rings for gasoline and diesel engines, are developed for automobile, light commercial vehicle and heavy-duty applications, come in a wide range of sizes, include the first ring sets introduced for Euro4-compliant engines. The end gap can be a straight cut, angled cut or gas tight type for improved sealing. Radial pressure distribution greatly influences ring performance therefore we modify the pressure distribution according to the individual application. An optimized asymmetrical-barrelled running surface ensures low lubricant consumption even after a very long running time.
