“Edelbrock Rollin’ Thunder Camshaft No: 2210 is designed for small-block Chevy engines from 1957-86 and produce optimum torque from the low-end to the mid-range. Rollin’ Thunder camshafts should be matched with Performer manifolds for vehicles operating from off-idle to 5500 rpm. They are smooth idling cams for daily drivers, trucks, vans, RVs and 4x4s. You can expect a major improvement in throttle response and torque. In the manifold section you’ll find torque graphs showing the power gains from Performer manifolds and Performer-Plus cams. All camshafts include flat tappet lifters (except for cams designed for use with stock roller lifters), assembly lube and instructions. This cam produced 440HP and 425 Ft Lbs of Torque when paired with Pro-Flo XT EFI system No: 3528 and RPM E-Tec cylinder heads No: 60975. Made In USA. 4 oz. Melling engine assembly lube, MELL-LUBE, is formulated to be an initial lubricant on camshaft metal surfaces as well as related valve train parts. The added zinc material (1400 ppm) provides MELL-LUBE with added protection to prevent scoring and galling during initial engine start-up for both newly rebuilt and / or remanufactured engines. In addition, MELL-LUBE contains corrosion inhibitors to prevent rust and pitting of components. MELL-LUBE mixes with any engine oil and will not clog filters. Melling recommends MELL-LUBE be a part of every camshaft install.

Roller cam lobes are ground flat rather than tapered like a flat tappet cam; it is necessary to provide some means of holding the cam back to the rear of the engine. The thrust button rides between the front of the timing gear and the back of the front cover and can be shimmed for proper end play of the cam. COMP Cams has both the solid nylon button and the roller thrust bearing available for the ultimate in performance.

Mr. Gasket cam locking plates feature a steel retainer plate designed to secure the cam gear bolts from coming loose and backing out, preventing costly engine damage. Retainer plate fits under bolt heads allowing tabs to be bent against hex head flats creating a secure positive lock.

PONTIAC HYDRAULIC CAM AND LIFTER KIT – High Energy: Good low end and mid-range torque. Street performance, noticeable idle.

Ideal for use with mainly stock components like rocker arms, intake manifolds, cylinder heads, compression ratio, torque converters and rear gear ratios, the High Energy camshaft grind family is a great choice for street performance applications.

SMALL BLOCK CHEVY HYDRAULIC CAM AND LIFTER KIT – Magnum: High performance. Biggest cam with stock converter but better with 2000+ stall. Use lower gears. Mild rough idle.
