Holley’s Vintage Series Big Block Chevy valve covers are the latest expansion to the Vintage Series family of aluminum dress up products featuring a classically inspired finned design and a retro-style Holley script brandmark.

The Edelbrock No. 4477 Signature Series Valve Covers are designed for Chevrolet 194-292 1962-88 Inline 6 (USA) & 1962-2001 (South America) applications. Engineered for function and styled for great looks, Signature Series valve covers have stock-style breather baffles that prevent oil passage to the PCV valve. These quality valve covers accept all emissions equipment, including PCV valve holes. Rubber grommets for the breather and PCV valve holes are included. Matching breathers sold separately.

If you have ever installed a rocker stud into a cylinder head and watched it wobble as it screwed in, you knew from the beginning that the rocker geometry was going to be inconsistent all over the place. ARP rocker studs are concentric within 0.005 T.I.R. thread pitch to thread pitch. They run in straight and true. Lengths are exact designed to provide positive seating every time. Mr. Gasket screw-in rocker arm studs are manufactured from heat treated black oxide coated Grade 8 steel. Ideal for high performance street applications. OE style press in rocker studs can actually pull out of the cylinder head when using high lift camshafts.

Dowel pins are precision machined and case hardened for accurate head alignment. Two per set. 5/16 inch x 5/8 inch.

ARP Pro Series head bolt kits are application specific, designed for use with typically competition only components. These fasteners deliver superior strength and meet the ARP zero defect zero failure quality standard. Hardened and parallel ground washers are included with each kit to ensure even load distribution and accurate torque readings. All Pro Series head bolts have a reduced wrenching hex or 12 point head and wide area flange to eliminate the need for valve train removal for cylinder head retorquing and permits the use of larger diameter valve springs. Using new head bolts when performing a cylinder head installation is always a good idea however, on late-model engines that came from the factory with TTY (torque-to yield) head bolts, replacement is an absolute necessity. TTY bolts are designed to exert the maximum clamping force for a tight head gasket seal, however they permanently stretched and could fail if re-used.
