Available in weights up to 50 pounds for specialized applications, most Hays flywheels are drilled with both the Borg and Beck and long-style clutch patterns. Hays flywheels are certified under SFI spec 1.1.

B&M has you covered with our high performance flexplate designed for Ford, Lincoln and Mercury (externally balanced) 302ci V8 engines with 50.0 ounce imbalance and AOD transmission. Features include high tensile strength steel to resist elongation and cracking, 11.4 inch bolt pattern and 164 tooth ring gear. The assembly is then Zinc plated and treated with a Chromate Conversion Coating for added corrosion resistance and durability. B&M flexplates are ideal for hot rods, street cars, tow vehicles or other vehicles needing the added protection and toughness that B&M has been delivering since 1953.

Hays heavy-duty flexplates for high-performance and competition engines are constructed of a thicker than stock steel plate, enabling them to withstand the stress of high-stall torque converters and high-RPM engines. While factory stock plates tend to crack around the crankshaft hub when punished under high torque and RPM conditions, the thicker Hays flexplate handles the force. These H.D. flexplates are supplied with a ring gear that is securely welded in place and feature dual bolt patterns for flexibility in adapting to multiple transmission style torque converters. All Hays heavy-duty flexplates are zinc-dichromate plated to resist corrosion and are SFI certified under specification 29.1.
