With today’s extreme compression ratios you need stronger more durable gaskets. Mr. Gasket steel shim gaskets are made from .020 inch steel shim stock which is thinner than most composite gaskets increasing engine compression. Stress formed embossments will seal the extreme cylinder pressure.

All High Performance Series bolts are 180,000 PSI (which is 15 Percent stronger than Grade 8) and kits come complete with hardened parallel ground washers.

Melling Performance valvetrain checking springs feature a low-tension design that allows them to be installed by hand for measuring piston-to-valve clearance, rocker arm ratio, and degreeing in a camshaft.
