Walker Exhaust Pipe 2.125" Outlet (OD)

I KNOW WHAT YOU ARE THINKING! Advance website will say this pipe fits a multitude of Saturns. However it does not. This downpipe ONLY fits the 1999 AND 01-02 DOHC S-series LATE MODELS (AFTER VIN WZ216475). It is "installable" on ALL S-series saturns if you drop the front sway bar during install, but severe vibration will result on test-drive because the downpipe will touch the front sway bar. The CORRECT downpipe list for DOHC Saturns is as follows:(All FED Emission) *93-98 DOHC Saturn S-Series 52166 *2000 DOHC Saturn S-Series 53324 *1999 AND *01-02 DOHC Saturn S-Series 53323 (AFTER VIN WZ216475) *2001 SC DOHC (BEFORE VIN WZ216475) 53325 Check the Walker Exhaust on-line catalog and double check that it is the correct part before ordering. Also, check you emissions sticker under the hood of the car to see if your car is Federal or California emissions. All part numbers above are for DOHC Saturns with federal emissions. SOHC Saturns have different downpipes.

Rework of the pipe is required for a proper fit on a 1999 DOHC. The 3 bolt flange had to be cut off, a half inch removed at that cut, and then the flange rewelded at the proper angle. The pipe as purchased did not fit properly, as it hit the swaybar and the chassis. This fix may be beyond the capability of the average backyard shade tree mechanic.
