Not a mechanic, but I'm a handy guy with most tools. Is this pretty straight-forward in terms of installation? Looks like it would be pretty simple, I'm more concerned about the O2 sensor and how to install it that the converter itself.

I'm glad to assist, Steve! The installation is fairly straight-forward on the 2003-2007 Honda Accord with the 2.4L L4. On the exhaust, the most difficult part is removing the bolts since they are typically rusted into place. A liberal amount of rust penetrant, such PB B'Laster (Part No. 16-PB) can be helpful for removing stuck bolts. This can also aid in the removal of your O2 sensor. AutoCraft Offset Oxygen Sensor Wrench (Part No. AC679) is also helpful for removing the O2 sensor.

You will likely also want to replace the gaskets, Part No. 31644 to connect to the front pipe and Part No. 31383 is used between the converter and the resonator assembly. When you install the O2 Sensor into the catalytic converter, make sure to use some anti-seize (Permatex Counterman's Choice Anti-Seize Lubricant Part No. 09975).

For vehicle specific instructions for any part of the installation and additional details, refer to a repair manual, such as Haynes Part No. 42015. A diagram of your exhaust is available here: http://mastercatalog.walkerexhaust.com/english/ExhaustCouponLargeScreen.asp?img=0258
