Applied on 2006 Pontiac G6 GT

(1): The description provided by Advance is incorrect in reference to a "Hardware kit". No extra hardware is provided. What you see in the picture is exactly what you get.

(2): I don't know if Wagner made a design mod since the "boblee" review but my brake pads did have the 'chirpers' installed. For the pads that go to the inside of the rotor, you have to be careful because there is a difference between the left inside pad and the right inside pad, so make sure you do one wheel at a time and match the chirper on the new pad to the correct wheel by looking at the old brake shoes.

These pads have a good "OEM" feel and install as tight as the original GM pads that I removed. Also, there is no noise, good brake feel, and also little noticeable brake dust.

Comments about Wagner Disc Brake Pad:

I started doing my own maintenance because of money being tight, so I used the same pads that my mechanic would put on my vehicle and I got the same results. They feel firm, yet quiet. I have never been disappointed in these pads because they are long lasting. Very easy to install! I prefer to install new rotors each time to give me that brand new braking feel.

Comments about Wagner Disc Brake Pad:

My friend (a mechanic) installed my brakes for me - front and rear. I asked what brand to get. He suggested this one. I'm very happy with them so far, and feel I'll get a lot of mileage out of them. They don't squeak, as some brakes do. The braking is smooth and reliable. Not sure how they could be better.

Comments about Wagner Disc Brake Pad:

Purchased these as replacements for the original rear brakes on a G6 GT with the Panoramic Roof. I mention this because this car is heavy (over 4000 lbs). These brakes outperform the OEM that were on the car. No fade, no shimmy under heavy braking like the stock brakes did. It provides a nice smooth, hard brake pedal. Had I known these brakes would have taken care of the fade prone, shimmy of the originals, I would have replaced them years ago. Installation was simple with ALL parts needed present and the fit was perfect. I would highly recommend these to anyone looking at replacing OEM on a heavy car.

Spend a little more and get a great brake pad. I've been using the Wagners for some time now and they tend to last longer than the cheapo house brand. These pads were made in USA.

These brakes work great. At the time I got these I got [$] M.I.R. with them + [...] Dealership wanted $750 for 4 brakes and rotors and installed I bought all 4 brakes & rotors here and spent $209 and 2 hours of my time putting them on. It was a no brainer.
