            Works great on plexiglass

As long as it's not a "looking" glass for driving it will work... light light light coats look great in the end. It looks great after good polish after dry too but (for reference let's use a tail light as an example)when spraying just dust coat each time if you spray so much it looks "thick" and glossy at the end of ANY coat, you probably are not going to be able to see the light behind it... hope this helps!

It should work fine on plexiglass, I wouldn't use it on something that will
bend a lot such as a convertible back window since no paint is really
designed to be flexed. I'd recommend a couple very thin tack coats and the
follow up with thin coats to accomplish your desired darkness. Allow it to
dry and of you're satisfied with the color do yourself a favor and spray a
couple coats of clear coat that have uv blocking. This will keep it from
fading. I did two sets of tail lights and my first set I didn't clear coat
and they faded pretty bad after a year. Hope that helps!

            A:

Hi Kelly! We strive to have all of the information available to our customers when shopping on our website. There are times when the manufacturer does not provide all of the information a customer may require. In this case, even VHT paint does not have the area coverage information listed. However, I think you will need approximately 2-3 cans for your project. I would suggest that you contact the manufacturer directly and they would be in a better position to help you. It's a minor offense so the cops have to pull you over for something other than your tail lights being to dark to give you a ticket for them.

You most likely can, but I do not recommend it for safety concerns. You may also want to check into your state and local laws to see if there are any laws prohibiting the use of this product on headlights.
