Missing required vibration damper

Comments about USA Industries Constant Velocity Axle Assembly:

This CV axle doesn't have the tuned vibration damper required to dampen the gear and axle bearing noises. It is noticably noisier than one that does, and vibrates at some speeds. If you don't care about that, I suppose its fine.

Also... the left (driver's side) CV axle is the same for FWD and AWD, and have same Mopar (Chrysler) P/N. Fenco and Advanced have different part numbers for AWD and FWD. That lack of attention to detail alone suggests a problem, and the missing damper is another manifestation.
