Tuxedo 9,000 lb Two Post Clear Floor - Asymmetric - Tuxedo

I purchased a 2 post tuxedo lift from advanced auto. It shoed up 2 weeks late and look like it was ran over. The foot and overhead beam were bent and there was no packaging left on it. It was delivered in pieces. 8 months later all I've gotten is the run around , lies on top of les. Finally starting to get somewhere almost feels to little to late. Tuxedos customer service sucks, they are not interested in making the customer happy, just in their bottom line . Very dissatisfied customer
