    Comments about ToughOne A/C Condenser:

Very pleased with the quality and ease of installation. I removed the passenger headlight and cut an access hole that allowed me to get a socket on the mounting bolts.

        Comments about ToughOne A/C Condenser:

I would recommend taking the time to remove the front fascia, and bumper cover. The little bit of extra work will save you a lot of frustration at the end of the day. You can leave the wires connected to the headlights, turns, etc. and just leave it off to the side. I was able to replace it in under an hour, anyone handy with a wrench should attempt to do this themselves.

        • Q:

Do I need to create a vacuum after installiation? Will I need to do anything besides adding refrigerant after the condenser is installed? How many cans of refrigerant will it take to make the A/C work properly?

Happy to help, Burt! Yes, the vacuum step is used to remove any moisture and static air from inside the system. Typically you will need 2 quantity of 12 oz cans for an R-134A refrigerant.
