3rd Brake Light
After failing a state inspection on my 2004 Jeep Wrangler due to a bad 3rd brake light, I made a quick trip to Advance Auto to pick up this Sylvania Part No. 921 ST bulb. It was difficult trying to find the right part number I needed from their website. So, I double checked at the counter. It was quick and easy to replace using a Torx T15. The cavity of the brake light was filled with water. I dried out everything, replaced the bulb and passed the state inspection! Many thanks to Advance Auto!!

An Ok Bulb, but may die within a month
The bulb looked and worked well, but within two months it was dead. Luckily I have one more of them, but I have to hope that one doesn't die so quickily.
I am using it in my third brake light and made sure there wasn't any fingerprints on the bulb or any water inside that could have caused any problems.
I hope you have better luck than me if you try this bulb. Only a 30 day warranty this item so I guess it is "Buyer Beware."

Easy installation, brighter and whiter look!

I installed these lights in place of my OE bulbs in my 2011 Nissan Altima. Good fit, increase in brightness and visibility. They have a brighter white looks. Cheaper alternative to LED lights and still provide a similar look.

Part description not accurate (said the part was an exact match, when it was not), had to buy another set since i opened the package. Discount did not apply on the order either.
Maybe brighter, but definitely whiter
These bulbs definitely look whiter. They have a blue tint that filters out a lot of the yellow color that naturally occurs from bulbs. It's good for the backup lamp, since it is more similar to daylight.
