Rislone High Mileage Power Steering Stop Whine with Leak Repair contains a special blend of viscosity improvers, anti-wear friction modifiers and extreme pressure performance additives to solve most power steering problems. These additives fix hard steering, reduce friction, control temperature, stop noise and whining and repair minor leaks. Excellent to use as a preventative maintenance product. Use to top off existing fluid when low or add a bottle when changing fluid. Specifically designed for higher mileage vehicles over 75,000 miles.

Seemed to work!
I put this in to top off a slightly low 2006 Ford Taurus with 138k miles on it. It's whined since I can remember, and the fluid is black. I don't plan to keep the vehicle so a flush is silly, but topping off with about a 1/4 bottle of this additive seemed to kill the whine and steering is smooth as it can be with all the rust on the front end

Needed two bottles after changing high pressure steering hose. They had one. Luckily, one gets by.

Stopped the whining
I highly recommend this power steering stuff, Had a slight leak and everytime I turned the wheel there was a horrendous sound. One application and WOW!
