Hi Jerdanro, I'm glad to assist you! This Rancho Steering Stabilizer Kit - Part No. RS98501 will not fit your 2004 Dodge Ram 1500. However, we do offer an exact fit Stabilizer - Part No. RS5412 for your vehicle online. This fits stock numbers 52106909AB, 52106909AC, 52106909AD only.

  • Q:

how hard are they to install?? and do you need to adjust them??

Well this all depends on the skill level of whoever is removing or replacing the part. Some may have a harder time than others who have experience. I would recommend purchasing a Haynes repair manual specifically for your vehicle. This should be able to assist you further into detail on how to repair or replace specific parts.
