The wiper blade replacements work as they should. No issues there. What I want to share about is the incredible support from the staff at this store. The first guy tried as hard as he could to get the new blades on and just could not get it to latch in. He went back into the store and returned with another guy in tow. He got the blades to latch in, though even he, knowing the trick of it, had a little bit of a fight on his hands. Ultimately though, they got it done and their dispositions were kind and helpful. Thank you, Guys! I can now see through my windshield in the rain. Thank you! By the way, a little tip to share with you All out here. When you get your wiper blades replaced, take a moment, while you're still in their parking lot, and test out with a little squirt of cleaner the blades' functionality. ;)

It's hard to believe one could have such disappointment in a simple wiper blade, but it reflects the poor performance I experienced. Never had I needed to replace wiper blades in less than a year, but these only lasted 8 months before the rubber completely failed. And I now live in the south where our winters are mild. Half of my life was spent in the snowy and icy midwest and even there I didn't have a wiper blade fail so quickly. Right out of the box I experienced a lot of chatter, mostly from the RH blade, which resulted in poor performance. But ultimately, it was the LH blade that failed. I replaced them with Bosch Icons and so far so good - nice smooth operation and good wiping performance. Never again Rain-X.
