Comments about Purolator PureONE Air Filter:

It was not only an intake air filter, that was not replaced when I got an oil change. It was all so much more. My engine needed nice clean air that only a brand spanking new air filter could ever deliver.
Was I disappointed?, you may ask. The answer is but a very concise and explicit No!
I would not expect anything less from this air filter and I can tell you without any equivocation that this air filter not only delivers, it exceeded anything that one could ever wish for out of a breather element.
I am happy, my 01 Lincoln is happy, and most importantly, my grand daughter is happy beyond tears.

Comments about Purolator PureONE Air Filter:

It is way to soon for me to tell anything about the quality of the pure one air and pure one oil filters. I do HOPE the pure one air and oil filters turn out to be the very best as the (purolater provider)claim. I do have to say both the pureone air filter and the pureone oil filter were not more difficult than other oil and air filters the thing i can say positive is they fit, feel like and look like real quality. i will see if the filters work great the next air and oilchange which will be in the fall.

Comments about Purolator PureONE Air Filter:

The border material is too flexible and relaxes away from the canister sidewall rather than maintaining a firm fit with the support structure.

Where is this filter located on my 2001 Lincoln Town Car. I do not see anything in the owners manual. Thanks for any assistance

                  A:

The air filter holder is usually a plastic or metal box in which the air filter sits. Generally, the air filter holder is connected to the intake manifold by a large plastic tube through which the air flows.

                • A:

Right behind the drivers-side head lamp assembly, it is a large black box with two metal clips facing the drivers side quarter panel. Once uncliped pull cover towards you and it should come free, you should now see the filter.
