Check Vehicle Fit

PurolatorONE Cabin Air Filters prevent airborne contaminants like allergens, pollen, dust mites, dirt and soot from entering the passenger compartment of your vehicle. The cabin air filter also aids in defroster performance and helps to improve overall driving comfort by encouraging better airflow through the vehicle. Replacing a cabin air filter every 12 months or 12,000 miles improves air quality in the vehicles cabin and helps to protect the A/C system. PurolatorONE Cabin Air Filters are available in particulate and carbon configurations, covering most vehicles on the road today. Refer to owners manual for recommended maintenance schedules.

Comments about Purolator Cabin Air Filter:

Web page says it's an exact fit. It is not at all the same size as the one in the S60.

Comments about Purolator Cabin Air Filter:

Parts for a Volvo are often pricey and this was no exception, but a filter, really? Fit and function are great. (Side note, cabin filter on a Volvo is a fussy change, regardless of who's filter you buy). In stock and easy pick up at local Advance Auto is a plus. What bugged me is that all the other manufacturer's listed on Advance Auto website are $2 to $11 less but you have to order and wait versus immediate pick up (in other words, up to 30% less). If you need one now, get it, if you can wait for shipping, the other manufacturer's listed on Advance Auto's web site are all very reputable and if I wasn't leaving the next day, would have ordered one of the less expensive ones.

too large - correct filter is about 10 by 6 inches. The Driveworks filter DW-25483 fits exactly.

                    A:

I'm happy to help, Joe! This Purolator Panel Type Cabin Air Filter (Part No. C45508) has an electrostatically charged media layer to capture microscopic pollutants like soot, smog and tobacco smoke. This filter does not utilize baking soda or activated charcoal. The Driveworks Panel Type Cabin Air Filter (Part No. DW-45508) is a standard air filter and does not utilize an electrostatic media layer.
