Works great
Installed this on my 2004 Trailblazer with 177k miles. I believe the clutches were slipping in the old one as it would alternate between lockup and unlocked in 4th gear on the highway. Installed this torque converter and it solved my problem. It looks just like the original to me and works like new. Huge amount of work to pull the trans to install this, but saved a lot of money doing it myself.

Feels like stock
It's only been a few days but the torque converter feels just like stock. I was worried that there would be issues after reading that lots of remanufactured torque converters do not account for the loss in material from cutting and re-welding. This gives a loss of overall height, and I guess it can cause problems. This one feels just like the OEM torque converter. Had it shipped to my home in only a few days.

No good
I bought this when I rebuilt my transmission. It lasted 15 months blew up inside and sent all kinds of metal through my transmission. Now I have to rebuild my transmission after11 months when there's nothing wrong with it except for the metal that this torque converter passed all through it. I had a transmission shop open it up and the bearing inside it came apart
