I was looking for a product that would help me remove powder coat. I have tried sand blasting and it wouldn't touch it. Someone recommended this stuff on YouTube. I was amazed at how it worked. After I sprayed it on it only took 15 min and I could scrape the powder coat off with a plastic squeegee. If you leave the product on the powder coat dries and won't come off easily. You will have go reapply.

I used this to strip the pain off of an old radiator fan. I sprayed 1 coat and let it sit for 15 minutes, like the can said. Came back and none of the paint had blistered up so I applied a second, heavier coat. Still no results. I could have removed the paint more effectively with a sharpened popsicle stick!!

Comments about Prep-All Aircraft Paint Remover:

This is a fast working effective stripper but it does not go very far. If you have a big job it will get costly if you only want to use this product. I used it more recently on a motorcycle frame restoration and after 3 cans I still had a little paint left to remove. I ended up using a different brand that you brush on to make the dollar go further. This stuff does bubble it up fast though and water will wash most of the loose paint off. You can also brush/scrap after letting it sit a while and it will help remove it.
Mask up and cover your skin, this stuff burns like crazy if you get even a light mist of over spray on your arms or something.

Comments about Prep-All Aircraft Paint Remover:

this stuff is great at removing old and unruly tape and stickers, bubbles it right up and comes off easy. I haven't used it on paint but it seems to not work well from what I read.

Comments about Prep-All Aircraft Paint Remover:

Used to strip multiple paint layers from a plastic golf cart body. Says on the can not to use on plastic but with the type of plastic the golf cart uses did not have any issues. Wished I had used it sooner.
