  • Q:

I have a 1993 Camery and ordered neew Driveaxles from you GSP NCV69530, one for the left and one for the right. I would like to replace the leaking seals where the axles attach to the transmission. I ordered two seals also, National Oil Seal 221207, and is the Redi-Sleeve required also? I have the V-6 3.0 liter with Auto tranny and overdrive.

Yes, you can use this National Redi-Sleeve (Part No. 99049). The most common and intended purpose of a Redi-Sleeve is to use them when a seal has worn a groove in the shaft and a new seal will not seal. The most important factor is that there are no drawbacks in using these redi-sleeves. You install the redi-sleeve and use a regular seal like normal.
