National & Moog are Federal Mogul Brands

from OH

Comments about MOOG Hub Assemblies Front Wheel Hub Assembly:

As an engineer that used to work for Federal Mogul making National oil seals, both National and Moog are brands of Federal Mogul. They are one and the same.

      • Q:

Moog 515002 and 515001 hubs both fit my vehicle according to Moog (Chevy 91 K1500 5.7 Z71). Is there any difference in construction? The HD is cheaper than the one that says LD. Recommendations?

The only difference between these two parts are part # 515002 fits models with light duty suspension and the part # 515001 fits models with 6-lug wheels (heavy duty suspension).
