I will buy again
This is the best love bug removing product I've ever used. Will use nothing but this from now on. Even takes off super stuck on one's off the windshield with ease.

Glad I got this on sale, will not buy again
Meguiar's is a great brand for wax but the Bug & Tar Remover did not cut it. Instructions say to spray on, keep wet, then just hose off after 5 minutes. Wrong -- spots were loosened but needed to be rubbed off with a (microfiber) cloth, then hosed. Then I tried to remove spots from inside the gas flap (mildew?). Soaked for at least 10 minutes, then rubbed down hard with scrub side of scrub sponge, then hosed at close range, still left a lot of dark spots.
Then the hood of the car -- a number of small black tar spots: Soaked one area at a time, but the foam dries up QUICKLY around the edges and in the middle, so for at least 5 minutes you have to sit right there and repeatedly apply the product where the foam is creeping away/drying up. YES I am staying out of sun but have to have some amount of daylight to see what I'm doing. (Can't work in garage as you have to hose off.) Rubbing down with cloth as above, NOT just hosing off per instructions, then it seems to work OK.
I will try a NON-FOAM product, should not be a problem keeping wet, hopefully removes spots better as well.

Great detailing tool
Excellent for pre-wash use. I spray it on the panels behind each wheel where all the tar and mud accumulates. Takes it right off and the foam stays put for quite some time too.

Works on month old bugs tar
Bought a new Kia Forte then did 5k miles to from Yellowstone. On way out my front end was covered in bugs. Just before Yellowstone did a self clean car wash. It did the trick got them all off.
A month after getting home tried washing myself at home. Did not work. Tried another self clean car wash, did not work.
Got this bug cleaner it worked. Took awhile 2 applications on some spots. Also went down mountain r oil ad as they tarred it. It got the tar off. Did not use even 1/2 contents.
Moral do not let the bugs back on. I live in Greensboro NC it has been 80s p
90s.

Waste of money
I don't know how this product works on bugs but it has no affect on tar. I followed the directions on the can to the letter and nothing. When I wiped the foam off there wasn't even any discoloration on the yellow microfiber cloth. I tried again and the same result . I've used Meguiar's products before and they are fine but this stuff is a waste of money.
