Q:how to install?
A:Instructions to install a Magnaflow Catalytic Converter: 1. Locate the catalytic converter bolted to the exhaust manifold. Inspect the catalytic converter for an oxygen sensor. The oxygen sensor looks like a small spark plug with a wire coming out of the top of it. It will be located towards the back of the catalytic converter. If you locate an oxygen sensor, remove it from the catalytic converter with a wrench. 2. Locate the two through bolts that secure the back half of the catalytic converter to the exhaust pipe. Place a wrench on the bolt head and a socket on the nut. Turn the nut off the bolt and then pull the bolt away from the catalytic converter. Repeat this with the second bolt. 3. Locate the two through bolts that secure the front half of the catalytic converter to the exhaust manifold. Place a wrench on the bolt head and a socket on the nut. Turn the nut off the bolt and then pull the bolt away from the catalytic converter. Repeat this with the second bolt. 4. Pull the old catalytic converter out of the exhaust system. Make sure you locate the two donut gaskets and discard them. 5. Place two new donut gaskets on the ends of the Magnaflow catalytic converter. Place the catalytic converter in line with the exhaust manifold and the exhaust pipe. 6. Secure the front half of the catalytic converter to the exhaust manifold using the through bolts, the socket and the wrench. 7.
