        Comments about Intermotor MAP Sensor:

Tried replacing this sensor, but the factory wiring connector would not fit. Pushed it on as far as it would go, and then some, with no connection made, as the engine would barely run. Returned. Replaced old sensor. Still limping along. Ordering the Beck-Arnley. Pricey!

        Part did not work

        Comments about Intermotor MAP Sensor:

I was getting a MAP sensor voltage error code for my Honda Civic. I did some troubleshooting and eventually determined the MAP sensor was bad. I bought this part from Advance auto. I put it on my car. The problem did not go away. I trusted that the new part was good and so couldn't figure out what else was problematic on my car. I was suspecting a vacuum leak or a clogged oriface. I brought the car in to my local mechanic. He determined that the new MAP sensor was not functioning. I brought it to the local Advance Auto shop and got a new one (more info on this on the service/delivery comments field). The new part worked. I had to pay my mechanic ~$95 in labor and did a bunch of extra running around because the part from Advance Auto was bad out of the box.
