Quality of the Gasket seems fine. I had one bolt hole off about 1/2" from the factory. I created a new hole, filled the misplaced factory in with a dab of oil resistant rtv i just happend to have on hand, and it bolted up ok. Noticed after torquing the pan to spec that there was a slight tear in 2 of the corners though. Only seemed to be on the exposed exterior so i let it go. Been a few days and doesnt seem to be leaking. Maybe i just got a bad one...
