I installed two of these more than 5 months and 30k miles ago onto my 2001 Yukon. They are working flawlessly since. The key is to torque everything to specification and in accordance with the repair manual's proceedure. Especially the axle nut! Tightening blindly or using an air gun on the axle nut will cause this, or any other hub, to fail prematurely, if not immediately. If you just slap parts on then you can count on doing it two or three times.

Comments about Driveworks Wheel Bearing Hub Assembly:

Other part stores sell the wrong item for the vehicle when advance's listing is correct. My only complaint is that our store closes at 7 pm on weekdays and i missed the deadline on picking it up and had to wait till the next evening to finish the job.

      • CUSTOMER CARE

        A:

Good question, Jer! It is not necessary to replace both the sides. But, you must need to check the other wheel hub. If had some signs of damage, I thought the best deal is replaced.
