i bought this because i had found a 50 dollar off promo code online and got everything i needed and more for about 110 bucks. the installation was alright, the difficulty was i would say.... moderateif you dont know how to take the wheel off or know how to take calipers off/put em back onplease dont attempt this! anywaythe first time installing, it might take 2 hours if things are rockythe other side it should take maybe 45-minutes to an hour at the most if your just installing it. i only installed 1 side, i have other problems to worry about right now and the other is doin fine but its been on for maybe 2k-3k miles and everythings been peachy so far. i hope itll continue to stay that way, my k1500 has 184k miles and they were original and i dont wanna replace them again. i wasnt sure of the quality since i paid like 70 dollars for it and for things i wish i knew a head of time...be sure to get a spindle nut and the socket before you start, if you do that site to order thing you should head to nappa because you cant find it ANYWHERE not even the freaking dealership and every place but nappa has to special order it, they make you wait a few days to get it in. if you dont then dont worry about it. as for the socket personally i bought a whole kit. there was like 26mm to 41mm or something of that nature i dont know off the top of my head and it ran me 40 bucks at [@]the single socket is 20 dollars almost everywhere) and dont forgetget some high temperature bearing grease for the spindle and maybe a wire brush if its rustyhope i influenced your decisionim going to buy again when i get to the other side

Comments about Driveworks Wheel Bearing Hub Assembly:

I had just bought huds for my sons 2500HD and they were a breeze to install and the price was very reasonable. So when my 97 Tahoe's ABS was acting up I figured I'd try the same ones. Ordered online and recieved a 15% discount. Picked up in a hour at the local Advanced Auto Parts. Very nice option to use. Had both changed out in about 3 hours. Took a little heat to get the bolts out, but all in all a real simple job.Could not tell any diffrence in the ride between this hub and the more expensive ones form other stores.

This is my 2nd one. I replaced the left side last year, and now the right side. Old one was very hard to remove, but install of this was remarkable. Since no one carries the hub nut, and it is highly recommended to replace, why not include it?

Comments about Driveworks Wheel Bearing Hub Assembly:

I replaced both sides. very easy to install. assuming the heads of the hub bolts are not rusted and rounded like mine were. Make sure to clean the contact surface on the knuckle.

The only thing is on the driver side I had to flip the wire holders. Just use a screw driver to open it up, flip it over and crush it back down with pliers.

Ive only put 200 miles on them so far, but if they go out I will be back.

The lugs come with it and your original bolts that hold the hub on go threw this and bolt to the existing threads in the control arm
