hammer and a long chisel/punch, or an air chisel.. hit the nut on the corner, you are trying to spin it off with the chisel, try going counterclockwise first, but some are reverse threaded. leave the serp belt on to help hold the pulley still while you do this. once you break it loose, spin the fan off the rest of the way by hand. you will have to remove the shroud from the radiator and the fan at the same time. to reinstall, spin the fan back on by hand, then hit it with the chisel to tighten it up. they also sell special wrench sets to fit the nut and hold the w/p pulley still, but this is how its usually done by mechanics.
