This is a low quality part. I replaced my OEM link on my 2002 Mercury Sable. The new part failed within 10k miles. I replaced it again. Now it is making the same clunking noise before 7k. When I took the link off, the one joint was loose as heck. It is amazing Ford can make an OEM link that lasted 150k but the ones you buy new can't last a second oil change. Don't buy these. Advance, please change vendors

Obviously this one is a steel as opposed to the vinyl OEM part. It came with grease fittings which screwed in w no problems.

Comments about Driveworks Suspension Sway Bar Link Kit:

Great product for the price. Increased the performance of ride on my vehicle. I had plastic ones on there, and was not sure if they were my noise problem because they seemed to be tight. But replaced them anyway. Good thing I did because what a difference they made in my ride.
Just make sure you ask which one is left and right when purchasing them. That is what I did, and the install was a breeze.

I put these on 4 months ago....clunking and popping right from the start. Replaced with Moogs....no sounds at all. Moogs cost 3x as much, but dont waste your money on these. Unless your link is fractured, save up until you can afford Moogs.

Hi Honeyrob, I'm glad to help you! You could install the sway bar link to the front strut and to the sway bar. Make sure that the end of the sway bar link, with the grease fitting installed in the cover plate, is attached to the sway bar.
