Comments about Driveworks Control Arm Front Lower Right:
Easy way to replace worn ball joints. Glad they make the whole arm assy for my 05 Escape. Ball joint and bushings alone would cost nearly 60 bucks so it was a no brainer to get these aftermarket control arms and replace the whole assy. Pretty easy, only 3 bolts but mine were 10 years old and quite rusty. Took some air chiseling to get one pinch bolt out and lots of Freeze Off. Strange thing was I did both, left and right and the left one was much nicer. It had the grease zerk and new pinch bolt. The store clerk said AA recently bought Carquest and I figure the better arm might have been that brand. Either way I'm glad it's done. Now my car steers well. Also love the online discount at Advance Auto.
