Comments about Dorman - OE Solutions Radiator Fan Assembly Without Controller:

Mounting bracket for coolant reservior is about an inch off. Looks good going in, but that last bolt just didn't fit. Sure enough, it doesn't match the original. Fortunately the motor uses the same mounting, so I was able to replace the motor and fan in the original with this one (note: the motor and fan rotate the opposite direction from the original, so you have to use both the motor and fan - no mix and match.) Would have returned it except I was mid-project and this is the family car.

Almost fits, died after one year

Comments about Dorman - OE Solutions Radiator Fan Assembly Without Controller:

The fan assembly would have bolted into my 2005 Honda Odyssey, but as reported by an earlier reviewer the bracket for the coolant overflow reservoir is not in the correct place. So, instead I removed the motor & fan blade from the fan housing and installed them into the factory housing. Everything bolted right up then.

Once installed, the fan lasted for just about one year before it started to seize and blow the condenser fan fuse. I did not retain the original fan housing after swapping parts at install time, so I didn't bother trying to get it replaced under warranty.

I replaced the fan with the other fan that Advance carries, the Factory Air one. It bolts right up, overflow reservoir and all, though it costs a few bucks more. Here's hoping it lasts longer!
