It works and easy to install
The truck A/C now blows cold air when the truck is not moving. The fan works well. I can feel the air being sucked into the condenser. Also, the compressor no longer cycles on and off while the truck is not moving.

some tips for install
helpful hints: - don't mess with the battery/ fusebox idea. just remove the hood crossbar for needed wiggle space -wiggling out the old is harder than putting in the new. that's the hardest part of the job -don't be afraid to cut plastic on your old fan where needed to make removing easier -don't forget removing foam socks on the bottom of your old fan and put them on new one before installing -couple extra screws will be left over that dont seem to line up with condenser no big deal -new fan blows a lot of air and is louder (not that much) than old one but ac is cold as ever! the fan is well made

Worked properly but not manufactured correctly
Assuming that since the plastic on this was not molded 100 % as the OEM on my 2004 Dodge Ram this must fit multiple types of vehicles. The condenser fan worked properly once installed, although instead of having four bolts hold the condenser in place I now only have two as there was no way that the bottom holes would ever line up as they were drilled about 3/4" off from where they needed to be and since it is a pain to get this thing in and out I was not about to pull it out and redrill the holes. Hopefully two bolts should hold it in place . This is in no way an issue with Advance Auto Parts it is a manufacturing issue with Dorman.

Not reengineered to fit
first one got ready to install and opened box and it was busted. Second one condenser would not fit correctly. Drivers side bolts lined up but passenger side had to elongate holes over half inch to get top bolt in but the bottom bolt needed another 1/2 inch to see the bolt hole in the condenser but there was not that much of the assembly to elongate. Basically the condenser would not fit in the fan assembly. Should of returned it and bought a replacement motor but it was fixing to rain and had to get truck back together. It does work and solved my air conditioner issues.

It took me a couple hours to do the job , but I got the assembly in & out . And have a great working AC system
