I hope no time soon. Batteries are expensive.
I was not sure if it was my Battery or something else. Andre was very helpful in checking to make sure it was the battery. He made sure I chose the one compatible with my card.
I think the man there that I learned was the assistant manager or manager needs to learn about customer service. If you are not on duty,, stay out of the on duty workers way. If you are in the area and the store has a line of customers, at least tell them sorry for the wait, someone will be with you as soon as possible. If you are not on duty yet, stay in the break area or out of the sight of customers drinking your mountain dew and in the way of the worker trying to help customers.

Don't trust the Advance Auto Parts website
VERY disappointed. Was supposed to be a perfect replacement fit. Had to leave off the factory heat shield (it is there for a reason). If I had known,m would have purchased elsewhere. Was stuck since would have had to jump my care again to go elsewhere. Can't trust the Advance Auto Parts website. Employee just shrugged his shoulders

Battery bad at purchase
New battery was bad.. It was able to weakly start my stranded car and get me home but turned out to be bad. I was able to get an exchange.. On replacement, they tested and it wouldn't hold a charge and had only 53 cranking amps (500 rated). You could actually watch it discharge on the bench with no load on it. Very disappointed.

I don't think I'd buy it again.
I'm not one to leave bad comme ts over trivial things. I will say this battery performed well for 1 year 4 months. Purchased this battery september of 2022, and with the cold Temps setting in. The car won't start without a jump. I guess I need to fund a better battery.
