...but the customer service was the best part of the purchase. I had spent too much time installing a dash/rear camera combo and drained my aging battery in the process. By the time I squeezed my wife's car into the garage next to mine, got mine jump started and made it to our Advance Auto Parts store here in Cambridge, Ohio, it was less than a half-hour until closing time. Despite it being so late in a Saturday night, Jace took great care if me and made me feel like he was sincerely happy to install my new battery and save my weekend! It's been less than two weeks which isn't enough time to give a legitimate review on a battery, especially when my SUV spends winter nights in an insulated garage. However, the specs are great, the reputation is outstanding, and Advance backs it with a four-year warranty. Thank you, Jace, for being a class act, for a quick, professional installation and treating me with courtesy despite the late hour.

I was very happy with the product I purchased but was disappointed when I mentioned that the online stated I could get it with $20 dollars off. I was told I would need to go home and purchase it online and return and then wait around a half hr to have it installed. I was at the store and didn't feel I should drive home and purchase it online and drive back to the store and need to wait a extra half hr to have it installed. I paid the full price and it was installed right off. I feel I should of the received the $20 off at the store vs needing to drive home and go online and drive back then wait extra time to have it installed. I was very satisfied with the battery I purchased but was left with disappointing feeling with the store could give me the same price that was advertised online. My rating would've been a 5 star if I needed to take unnecessary steps to receive the $20 off as advertised.
