10 Months - Bad and Slow to Start
Bought 12/28/23, had to jump three mornings in a row, disconnected and charged for the night, started the truck but slowly. Took the truck to the store I purchased it from and of course they tested it and their tester says it's good. Discussed the steps I took befor coming up here to the manager and he went ahead and defected it out for full replacement. Service I'd guve 5 Starts, product 2 stars so I'll leave it at a 4 star over all. Not sure I would recommend the battery but I'll recommend the employees and manager at the Saint John, FL store.

The one star is for the store, not the battery.
I'd give it zero stars, if that were an option. Advanced hypes their free installation policy. I bought a battery on-line and went in to get it installed. The store manager tells me they don't install batteries when it's below freezing (when else do you need a new battery?), but he'd do it just this once. We went outside. He asked me to pop the hood, but the battery is in the trunk (what kind of auto parts guy doesn't know that?). When I said it was in the trunk, he said he couldn't install it at all. Naturally, this made me mad, since it didn't say that on the website, so I complained. The guy freaks out and starts dropping F-bombs all over the place. I argued back. He throws me out of the store. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. It's the Pawling, NY store, for those keeping a scorecard.

Doesn't even last 3 years
Simple easy install, but battery only lasted 27 months. Replaced under warranty, then replacement battery only lasted 24 months. Stock Ram 1500 vehicle . No electrical add-ons. Would not replace under warranty a 2nd time. lasted

Failed almost exactly three years after installing it
It's a three year battery. Fails as if it's on a timer. Oh well.
