Very pleased with staff & products from advance auto parts!
Matt took my call about buying & replacing my battery. When I got there, Matt was at the front easily seen from the entrance. He came out and checked my battery. He was very nice & also very knowledgeable. I felt like I was in good hands. And definitely trusted him with my vehicle & he worked quickly! He replaced my battery and recommended some other stuff for me as well. A couple days later I had to come back due to a check engine light. Luckily Matt was there! He checked with his reader what the code was, got me some STP which had the code on the bottle! He gave instructions on what to do and when to add the gas after putting in STP. I was very impressed with Matt at advance! He made my experience amazing! I will continue to go and talk with Matt any time I have an issue or just need car advice. He definitely is the expert I needed! Thanks advance auto parts & thank you Matt!

Original Battery and Replacement Failed in 8 months
After i purchased this batter originally 8 months later it would not start. It had green corrosion all over the terminal. I was given a replacement and after about 8 to 9 months I went to start this replacement battery which had been sitting for one week, it was 35 degrees outside and it would not start the car. These are not anything like the Diehard batteries I have purchased for years for Sears. I did not even try to return the second battery they are trash and could leave me stranded. I am an engineer and getting 2 bad batteries is not a coincidence.

My Diehard Gold lasted for seven years.

First one failed 2 years into 3 year warranty. Free replacement came with 22 months but failed at 24.

Great batteries...
Diehard batteries have always found a place in my vehicles since the early 80's. Quality product and long lasting. Just dropped one in my 2019 Mustang GT since the OEM didn't make it 3 years. Im confident this one will outlast it by at least a couple years.

Advance Auto Would not replace under warranty
My vehicle would not start and I took the battery up to be tested. It still had 1 year left on the warranty. The store manager tested it and said it was good. I asked what the CCA were at , he said 315. I said it was a bad battery. Then he said it needed to be tested in the vehicle. I went home and put it back in my vehicle and jump started it. Drove back up there and the battery still had low CCA after testing in the vehicle. He said it was something else. I left and bought a battery from a different automotive store.

Unfortunately low voltage issues
Low voltage issues with the battery test shows replace immediately, car electronics displays random problems
