Comments about CARQUEST Caps and Stats Thermostat, 195 Degrees Fahrenheit:

Fit perfect on my 2004 Buick Century 3.1 motor. I got the one with the gasket already installed on it and no issues.

It is a pain to get into to replace so I did this when I replaced both lower and upper intakes.

          • A:

Should be driver side, center of the entire compartment, under the air box. It has a large radiator house clamped to the cover hiding it. Cover is held on by 2 bolts. Thermostat is just pressed in.
