Comments about ToughOne Single Shaft Vented CW/CCW Blower Motor w/o Wheel:

this product was installed in a 2002 Ford Expedition, the hardest part was removing the assembly from air housing and also removing it from the motor mounting housing, I would suggest to buy a new fan, if not you will break the fan any way....
the picture shows two long tab like connections, These might be confusing but actually go inside a plastic plug but be familiar with the polarity. I actually installed the connection backwards so instead of blowing it sucked..

Good product and would definitely buy again,.

Comments about ToughOne Single Shaft Vented CW/CCW Blower Motor w/o Wheel:

After calling Ford, I learned that the 2009 F-150 trucks have two different blower motors. According to Ford, my F-150's blower motor was a newer version. The AAP (Advanced Auto Part) blower is not compatible with my particular blower motor.
The multiple trips to your store could have been avoided if the sales representative had better information at his finger tips. Upon purchasing, I questioned the motor and it's ability to replace the OEM motor. The sales rep insisted that this was not the case and the the motor that he was selling me was in fact the replacement motor. Needless to say, it was not. The AAP motor wouldn't even fit into the OEM housing.
I had to return the motor for a refund.
It turns out that my 2009 Ford F-150 has a blower motor equivelent to the 2010 F-150. AAP does not offer a blower motor for that particular model year.

The hardest part of the job was removing/replacing the fan motor housing assembly in the vehicle. Replacing the motor in the assembly was a snap. All necessary parts were included. Instructions werre clear and consise.

The blower motor itself could fix your problem. So could the blower motor resister.
