This 2-row radiator is an exact replacement for my 6-cyl F150 with A/T and A/C. A previous reviewer indicated it didn't fit, so possibly the product was changed since then. I am disappointed in the drain petcock. It requires a wrench to operate instead of the original which had a built-in hand operated valve. Otherwise, hey, it's a radiator. Only time will tell if it holds up.

Website is labeled wrong, the 2 core radator does not properly clear the fan clutch on a 4.9L equiped F150, is likely intended for the V8 F-150's. The single core radator 432184 is the correct radator for the 4.9L for both with and without AC.

Comments about CARQUEST Radiator:

Perfect fit for a 1994 Ford F-150 with Super Duty cooling package. Vehicle originally equipped with a two-row radiator. Note that two-core radiator will NOT fit a vehicle originally equipped with a one-row radiator. If your truck has a radiator that is approximately one inch thick, do not buy this radiator. You need the one-row model instead. (The two-core radiator is approximately 2.25 inches thick.) If you currently have the two-core radiator, don't even think about installing the single core version.

Fit fine but as other noted the shroud for fan didn't fit. I just drilled new holes in fan shroud and reinstall, just a little closer to engine now. Doesn't effect anything and works fine. Just need to get creative sometimes.

      Comments about CARQUEST Radiator:

I cannot give high enough reviews about this product (radiator). It replaced a twenty-one-year-old part, which had become inefficient. My truck now runs at a cooler temperature, even when towing a trailer. In addition to changing the radiator, I also changed the thermostat to one rated at Original Equipment temp but with a higher volume of coolant flow. Hoses were also changed. While at it, I also upgraded to a fan clutch rated for heavier duty than the Original Equipment fan clutch. All-in-all, this was a complete do-it-yourself project, with the radiator swap being the main factor. It was easy.

          Comments about CARQUEST Radiator:

I ordered this part to replace my leaking radiator. It was very simple. I've never changed a radiator before in my life, and it only took about an hour. Every thing lined up perfectly. When I was choosing which one to order I noticed some reviews where people said it didn't fit right. I'm guessing they ordered the wrong one because I almost did myself. One is for a truck with no A/C and one is for a truck with A/C. Looking at the pictures they looked exactly the same to me. I recommend always reading the reviews and descriptions carefully before placing an order.

            Comments about CARQUEST Radiator:

Some of the other posts are wrong. This fits fine if you have the "super cooling" option on your truck. Advance calls it "HD cooling". If you have a single row radiator now you have to get the "super cooling" fan shroud for it to fit properly. I did this on my truck and it works great and is a great upgrade for us in the south with all the heat.
