Installed easily and performs perfectly-so far…
Easy to install and complete with instructions and gaskets - that's all you need. Performs well after installation and tested no leak so far. I'll wait for about 3 months of continuous use to assess and give a more accurate review on its performance.

Defective gasket in box.
The water pump appears well made and has a lifetime warranty for a reasonable price. HOWEVER the gasket that came with it was unusable. The gasket is a no-name rubber piece and while it appears to be the correct shape overall, it was about one inch short on two sides and two inches too long in one area so I'm thinking somebody at the factory read the blueprints wrong on a couple of the dimensions. I took the pump and the gasket back to the store and the guy at the counter and the guy from The Machine Shop immediately recognized that the gasket was a bad deal and they comped me a Fel-Pro gasket which fit perfectly so I was able to finish the job. My concern is that I am lucky that I live less than 5 minutes away from the parts store.... I would feel really bad for some poor sap who lives a long distance from the parts store or who would have needed the water pump shipped to them, only to end up discovering they have an incorrect gasket when they're halfway through the job. But the guys at the store are friendly and took care of the problem and the job is finished so I count my blessings...

4th time a charm?
Luckily they have a lifetime warranty because this is the 3rd one I've had and it is starting to leak... would not recommend for any 4th gen Ram!!!!
