Each unit is built to meet or exceed all Original Equipment specifications and is validated for fit, form, and function. Easy install hardware and seals are included
So far no leaks changed out the spring style hose clamps for some wormgear style i have trust issues also make sure you dont over torque it is plastic(71in/lbs) i like to run n leak check to see if the extra 30° torque down is even necessary again plastic is brittle

Beware this has the same plastic issue as original pump
I work at an auto repair shop and my technician wanted to express his concerns on this pump so I figured I'd write a review here about it. He was working on a Chevy Cruze eco version that had a plastic piece in it that shattered and clogged the whole cooling system in the vehicle which caused it to overheat. He was disappointed that this replacement pump did not improve on the original design and still has the faulty plastic piece behind the propeller that caused this problem in the first place. I am hoping the makers of these pumps see this review and improve the design by eliminating the plastic inside and making it all metal.

Working great. Perfect fit.
Does not contain required bolts for replacement
The pump has 2 torque to yield bolts. This means that the bolts CANNOT be used over. If new bolts are required, put them in the box. It will take me 3 days to get the bolts from GM. It would have been time ahead by just ordering the OEM pump from GM.

Metal impeller blades, exact fit, but get a better gasket.

Metal impeller blades, all mounting surfaces milled properly, exact fit. Comes with thin paper gasket, I recommend using better Fel-Pro gasket or GM steel gasket from dealer. Good product.
