I replaced the water pump in my 2012 Ford Focus SE. This part came with the O-ring which I appreciate. Thanks for the great working part. My leak is fixed with the new O-ring and I have a new water pump for another 100K miles.
So far, good.
Serpentine belt easier to uninstall than old pump. O-rings provide too good of a seal that must be overcome to remove old part. Had to twist back and forth. Then, pry forward. Surfactant recommended to properly ease seating of new o-ring on install. Can use Goop hand cleaner to coat exterior of o-ring and contact surface. Install was hassle free.
