These brake pads are engineered by an Original Equipment Manufacturer (O.E.M.) that meets IATF 16949 certified framework, an internationally recognized proof of quality in the automotive industry. Carquest Frontline brake pads utilize a patented 4-layer HEX shim, now upgraded with aramid fibers, to provide quiet braking and reduce shim wear. These brake pads are also supplied with coated brake hardware and caliper pin grease for nearly every application. Carquest Frontline brake pads are the ideal choice for severe duty applications that need strong stopping power.

Great Item
This item was on sale on cyber Monday , for what it cost it was actually a very good deal. I pull a large boat and these brake pads feel much better than the stock mopar brakes I had been running. Better stopping power, very quiet sound wise, only negative is the amount of brake dust these pads leave behind (visible on my wheels) They have a much tighter pedal feel and also the truck stops much , much easier now, its a night and day difference over the stock pads, trust me you will not be disappointed, this is a great product.

Disappointing durability
Ill be installing my 3rd set in just under 3 yrs. Its been just over 20k miles simce i put on the current set. Though they have a lifetime replcement, i dint want to have to do my brakes every yr. Im going with one more set just because its right before christmas and i have to teplace rotors due to the pads. Squeal one day and grind the next. Not good.
