Comments about ToughOne Flanged Vented CCW Blower Motor w/o Wheel:

My blower on 98 contour was working intermittently so I replaced blower and it works perfectly. On my car the blower was easy to get to under the passenger side dash foot cover. I also changed the resistor since it was right there too and known to be issue on this car. If i can change this anyone can. I am by no means a mechanic but thanks to Google, it was simple.

Comments about ToughOne Flanged Vented CCW Blower Motor w/o Wheel:

Replacing the blower motor for 1995 Ford Contour is a 10 minute job; remove cover panel on passenger side; disconect electrical to blower motor; remove blower by twisting counter clockwise. Installation is reverse of above.

              • Q:

The air in my 98 ford countour se 4 cylinder has completely went out the ac nor the heater will work. No air at all comes out through the vents. I had the compressor tested and it still comes on and gets cold. Would this be the part I need to fix my ac?

                  A:

This part might fix the problem. However, I would suggest taking your vehicle to a certified mechanic for a proper diagnosis before buying and having parts installed that may not (solve/be) the problem.

Possibly. With out the presence of your vehicle we would not be able to properly diagnose it. We would suggest taking your vehicle to a certified mechanic for a proper diagnosis.
