Comments about CARQUEST by Dayco Idler Pulley:

When I looked for an idler for my 2000 saab 9-5 I first looked at online 'european' type sites. When I looked at my local store I found the part was universal in nature to many cars and trucks. So, after checking a few different local stores prices and availabilities went with my normal choice. "In stock" is a good thing when buying parts for a Swedish cars, added shipping costs can make a local choice a bit prohibitive.
The idler pulley was hard to get bolted in place. We ultimately used a piece of string to lower it into place and then lower the bolt into position before pushing it in and screwing in the hole!

Advance again proves they are the best for online or in the store parts replacement on my Saab. Great parts and even better prices.

Comments about CARQUEST by Dayco Idler Pulley:

The idler seemed cheaply made compared to orginal. Orginal made of metal not plastic. Would just press new bearing in orginal pulley. I bought other Dayco pulleys an they were metal just like orginal. Hope this is not a sign of things to come.

Comments about CARQUEST by Dayco Idler Pulley:

Was not an exact fit for my 2006 Suburu B9 Tribeca.
I had to grind some plastic off the back to make it fit. Not the local stores problem, because I bought it online and it said it would fit.
