Comments about Cardone Distributor {Electronic} w/Module - Domestic Reman:

The drive gear was reused. It looks like someone attempted to drill out the cleavage (roll) pin causing the holes in the drive gear to be enlarged. The enlarged holes were filled in with some form of epoxy. I would have returned for a replacement but the availability of the part would have meant too long of a delay. I hope it holds together. Really poor workmanship in reusing this drive gear.

Also, I had to call Cardone to verify the TFM was correct. Typically, htese are color coded in black or gray. The OEM one was black the replacement was gray. It would have been nice for Cardpne to have included infomrtaiton that gray could replace black.
