    Dose this part control heat ac and fuelgauge function. My fuel gauge and heater controls no longer light up.

      Yes, but the problem could be simple too. There are chances that the heater fan was just simply stuck, a quick nudge could sort that out and the contacts on the fuel sender just needs cleaning. It should be a simple and inexpensive repair.
