I'm glad to assist, MW! This BWD Select Ignition Coil (Part No. E39) has a primary resistance on a 200 scale is 1.2 - 1.9 Ohms and the secondary resistance of 9.0-15.0k Ohms. This ignition coil is intended for original equipment replacement on 1979-1993 Chrysler, Dodge and Plymouth vehicles. I'd be happy to help you with that! It does not have one built in internally. We do carry the resistor separate though; Part Number RU6 is the exact fit for your vehicle.
