    2000 Ford Explorer XLT 6 cyl ohc. Headlight switch works but on dash does not light up. just got truck, should it...switch you sell ligth on left left. selector on dash on right ,.?

      Hi Johnnydm, as there may be many reasons for this problem, without the presence of your vehicle we would not be able to properly diagnose it, nor provide you with a 100% answer. I would suggest that you take your vehicle and get it thoroughly checked by a certified mechanic before buying any parts that may/may not solve the problem.

    My headlights do not go on, but the highbeams and all other lights (parking, turn signal, etc) do work. All fuses are good as well. Sounds like I need this switch replaced. Agree?
